Upcoming Gathering for Resident Support/Relief Staff
To the best of our knowledge, Brothers & Sisters Homes (B&SH) will be hosting a first-ever gathering just for Resident Support/Relief Staff on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. According to Jack Kooyman, Executive Director, “This is something that was something that was suggested and unanimously supported at a recent meeting of the B&SH Leadership Team.” The goals of this gathering are to
Provide an opportunity for RS/R staff to meet each other
Understand a.) the role of and relationship between the Holland Deacons' Conference (HDC) and Brothers & Sisters Homes (B&SH) and b.) the vision, goals, and philosophy of B&SH.
Gain a better understanding of your job responsibilities and expectations
Respond to questions from RS/R Staff, and
Share ideas and suggestions to make B&SH even better.
Determine if and/or when to have another meeting or meetings.
