Earlene is from Holland, Michigan. She attended Holland High School before going to the universities of Davenport and Cornerstone. Over the years, she has had many different jobs, including 13 years as an administrative assistant and a position with the Holland Rescue Mission. She also worked for the Holland Sentinel and Benjamin’s Hope before taking on the role of Home Supervisor with Brothers & Sisters Homes.

Now, Earlene lives alongside the six men of her house. She makes sure things run smoothly and that each resident has what they need. Her love for people and building relationships make her an ideal supervisor. She feels privileged to know and do life with each of her residents.

Earlene’s husband, Carl, and her son, Andrew, are also part of the family in Brothers Home 3. Carl attends group outings and both join for dinner when they can. On weekends, the whole group attends church and often gets together to play games like Yahtzee, Uno, and Dominoes. When Earlene isn’t on duty, she like to watch movies and TV, listen to music, and dig into a good book.
